As Practice Director in DSG, you will lead a talented team of digital strategists and manage a pipeline of strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will oversee a team to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will be a peer to C-suite executives and use your experience to become a trusted advisor. You will curate the latest thinking on digital trends, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant industry research. You will also be a caring manager, committed to the growth and professional development of your team.

This Practice Director role is aligned to Adobes Financial Service & Healthcare vertical, which encompasses several industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Education. The ideal candidate would have experience in a top management consulting firm or digital agency working across multiple industries, plus direct experience in either financial services or healthcare.

What you need to succeed

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency
  • Experience working across multiple industries plus deep experience in either Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, etc) or Healthcare (Payers, Providers, Pharmaceuticals, etc).
  • Expertise in developing customer experience or digital marketing strategies, along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring a high performing team
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
