Analyze and evaluate proposed financial technology offering, capabilities and enhancements for Treasury and Trade solutions related to Trade Services, Trade Finance and Supply Chain/Working Capital Finance Products to assess new capabilities and improve operational efficiencies; apply Trade Finance Technology Platforms and/or Trade Operations experience, assess project throughout trade finance product development cycle and suggest improvements. Analyze trade finance workstreams with clients, applying knowledge of Letters of Credit, standby LCs, Collections, Open Account, Trade Finance Loans, and Supply Chain/ Working Capital Finance Products. Participate in new trade finance product offering/enhancement design process for online & mobile applications; articulate and document business requirements & evaluate functional requirements documents. Perform business analysis, deploy new processes, systems and change management. Support delivery and execution of customization and white-label trade finance outsourcing technology projects. Participate in budget discussions and project launch framework and work with testing units for UAT and PVT completion and timely project launch. Develop and maintain internal product websites & update with financial industry information. Develop marketing strategy and training/demo materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SnagIt editor. Collaborate to design and execute strategy to roll out electronic trade finance, trade services and working capital finance products. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field and 2 years of experience as Analyst or a closely related role involving Trade and Trade Solutions product development and enhancement within the global financial service industry. Work experience must include: Performing technology business analysis, project management, including development of new processes, systems and change management; (2) Letters of Credit, standby LC, Collections, Open Account, Trade Finance Loans, and Supply Chain/ Working Capital Finance Products; (3) Front office and product management experience; (4) Work experience with Trade Finance Technology Platforms, including client platforms and solution development life cycles, or work experience in Trade operations in operational processes and implementations; (5) Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio to create marketing material (including graphics design and use of animations).
