The Global Payment Strategy (\"GPS\") Product Management Team is responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of both high and low value payments services that J.P. Morgan delivers to Financial Institution, Non-Bank Financial Institution, Corporate and Commercial Bank clients globally. These services include Direct Clearing as well as Correspondent based settlement solutions to the client. Given the geographic footprint of the payment businesses, services and clients that the Global Payment Strategy deliverables will support, the team is deployed globally across the WHEM, EMEA and APAC regions. The team is also responsible for the long term wholesale payment strategy of growing markets, payment capabilities, and client services globally for all client segments.. About the Position. The Controls Product Manager will lead the Global Payment Strategy control agenda for the eCommerce Virtual Account Management offering (eWallet). The individual will be responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with this product. The Controls Product Manager will work closely with Product Development leads and functional partners, including compliance, risk, sanctions, GFCC, legal, treasury, credit and tax.. Key responsibilities:. Lead the eWallet payments control agenda, globally. Identify and manage solutions to mitigate payment risk and support business growth. Execute on control deliverables required to commercialize the product. Provide expertise on eWallet payment controls and processing, including but not limited to Sanctions and AML. Engage functional partners, including Risk, Compliance and Legal, to evaluate risks and ensure risk requirements are met. Lead internal control discussions across multiple stakeholders. Manage overall governance and NBIA for eWallet. Partner with GPS team members and Product teams to identify regulatory and risk requirements. Partner with Global Payments Strategy program management to ensure all deliverables and projects related to the launch of the new control solutions are delivered on schedule. End-to-end understanding of how the Global Clearing products work, how they are used by clients and how they interact with other Treasury Services products. Considerable treasury services and payments experience. Experience in a Risk and/or Compliance function a plus. Strong understanding of cash controls and cash management related to global payments. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation. Strong track record of leading large business initiatives and delivering results. Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Operations and Technology. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
